# SlateCX

SlateCX is a platform for building AI-guided content experiences for both chat and voice. Think of it as adding a true 'conversational frontend for you brand'.

SlateCX can be used in many different ways but regardless of how it is used, the overall concepts remain the same.

A tenant (i.e. you!) imports knoweldge **Sources** into the SlateCX Library. Sources represent all the information you would like your SlateCX agent to use during conversations with prospects. You can enhance those sources by adding reusable **Cards** (optional) to create a truly multi-modal experience.

You then create a **Campaign** which uses those Sources and cards. And finally you create an **Entry point,** this is how you connect your SlateCX campaign to the outside world.

When prospects use your SlateCX campaign they enter via the entry point. There are many different types of entry points - for example, a chatbot widget on your existing site, or a QR code that can be scanned at a conference or a button you attach to an email.

A prospect who arrives through that entry point gets a **Slate** — a private, persistent workspace with source-grounded chat and voice agent alongside the cards the agent pushes.

One of the big advantages of SlateCX is that it is fully integrated into HubSpot. Everything that happens in a Slate is automatically tracked in HubSpot. You can perform lead scoring in exatly the same was you do today.

Another big advantage is that SlateCX conversations are automatically analyzed for you. The SlateCX platform will point out where your answers might be lacking or where prospects need follow-up. You can post real-time alerts directly into Slack so your team can jump on opportunities immediately.
